Welcome to Menorca Prints. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Menorca Prints.
Menorca Prints operates this website and online store, including its content, products and related services. The store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with our referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
1. Access and customer information
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your country.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any customer-account credentials.
2. Products
Menorca Prints offers art prints produced from original photography and artwork. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, prints are sold unframed and are produced after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to represent product colours, proportions and details accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes and the natural characteristics of printed materials.
Product photographs may include frames, furniture or other styling elements for presentation purposes. Only the items expressly identified in the product description are included in the purchase.
We may update product descriptions, availability and collections or discontinue products without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
3. Orders and cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review the product, size, delivery address and contact details carefully before submitting an order.
Because products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or correction. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.
Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
We may decline or cancel an order in cases including payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or an inability to deliver to the supplied address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the relevant market.
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges calculated by the store, will be shown before payment.
Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges when these are not collected at checkout. Where applicable, this will depend on the destination country and its regulations.
We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Shipping and delivery
Products are made to order and fulfilled by a specialist production partner. Processing and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of production, carriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for the order until it is delivered to you or to a person you have designated to receive it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.
6. Returns, damages and refunds
Returns, damaged orders and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning an item. Do not send returns directly to the production partner or to an address printed on the original package unless we expressly instruct you to do so.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for tracked return shipping and we do not charge a restocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods, including applicable EU or UK consumer protections.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including photographs, artwork, illustrations, product designs, text, branding, graphics and layout—are owned by or licensed to Menorca Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical copy only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, resell, commercially display, modify or create derivative works from the artwork.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced or exploited without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- To violate the rights of Menorca Prints or another party.
- To distribute malicious software or interfere with website security.
- To collect personal information without authorization.
- To scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content.
- To impersonate another person or provide false information.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our legal rights.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers and other external websites.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or their content. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Menorca Prints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related services.
Sales made through the store are transactions directly between you and Menorca Prints. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders or resolving product-related claims.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and selected service providers process information necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support.
12. Errors and availability
Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, prices, availability, delivery estimates or promotions.
We may correct these errors and update information. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.
13. Warranties and liability
We provide the website with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menorca Prints is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our services or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively alter orders already accepted unless required by law.
